We undertake electromechanical contracting projects of all scales, including residential projects, commercial complexes, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, industrial facilities, and marina projects.
Within the scope of mechanical installation, we provide heating (radiators, underfloor heating, fan-coil), cooling (VRF, chiller, split AC), ventilation (air handling units, exhaust, fresh air), plumbing (clean water, wastewater, rainwater), fire protection (sprinkler, FM-200), and natural gas installation services.
Our electrical installation services cover LV panel production and assembly, lighting and automation (including KNX), fire detection and alarm systems, CCTV security cameras, structural cabling (Cat6/Cat7, fiber optic), generator and UPS systems, and BMS (Building Management System) installations.
Project durations vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Small-scale projects can take 2-4 months, medium-scale projects 6-12 months, and large-scale mega projects can take 1-3 years. A detailed work schedule is prepared for each project.

Yes, we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our projects. After the warranty, we ensure the smooth operation of your systems with periodic maintenance agreements. We also have a 24/7 emergency response service.

Yes, we recommend the most efficient system by performing energy modeling in all our projects. We reduce energy consumption by 20-35% with technologies such as heat recovery, variable flow pumps, inverter compressors, and BMS integration.

Payment terms are determined on a project basis. Generally, an advance + progress payment system is applied. In large projects, we work with a letter of guarantee and a business advance. Detailed information is clarified during the proposal phase.
